Return and Refund Policy-
At ShopByToday.in, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it as per the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns
are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The
item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Returns
are not applicable on the following:
- Customized
or personalized products.
- Items
marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Used
or damaged products (unless received in a defective condition).
2. Return Process

- Our
team will guide you through the return request and arrange a pickup if
applicable.
- In
case a pickup is not available at your location, you may need to self-ship
the item to our return address.
3. Refund Policy
- Once
we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be credited within
3 Days business days in to your account.
- Refunds
will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable.
- In case of COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Cancellations
- Orders
can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are
not possible.
